All Blacks have done it before and they will be jumping this time also to clinch the Web Ellis cup once again. They are two times defending champion of the previous two world cups and if they win his time, it will be a hatrick and winning three times in a row will be record not easy to break for any team.

The dates are set, teams are ready and people are waiting. The fans from New Zealand are expecting their team to win for the third time and make it a history. This would create a pressure on the team and it will have to put its all in the game. So who are going to be a part of this team and go through this exciting journey. Let’s have a look.

RWC 2019 – All Blacks(New Zealand) Team Squad :

Coach Steve Hansen declared his team of 31 players who will be going to Japan to play the game.

Kieran Read has been given the responsibility of the team and he will be the captain. 19 players are totally fresher to rugby world cup and this will be their debut. Nine players are the second time players in Rugby World Cup 2019. Owen Franks in not included giving a surprise to his fans.

Hansen said : “The All Blacks selectors would like to congratulate all those selected for Rugby World Cup 2019. It’s a special moment being named in any All Blacks squad but especially when it’s the Rugby World Cup and they and their families can be incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved,”.

He also added that “Yes, it will come with massive expectation and therefore pressure. We’re looking forward to tackling that pressure head on and enjoying everything that comes with it. We know it’ll be tough and that we’ll need to earn the right, every time we play, to continue throughout the tournament. However, that’s exciting and knowing we’ve faced that pressure before gives us confidence.

“There are no guarantees in sport. However, with talent, hard work and mental fortitude, we’ll give ourselves a chance.
